[Jamming] Ricoh Aficio SP C4100DN

Hi

I am having a problem today with a Ricoh Aficio SP C410DN randomly jamming with a misfeed path A which is just as it is being passed through the fuser.

It can go for a 100 pages without any problems and then jam 5 times in a row before printing another 100 pages with no problem.

Just an edit, I have just ran a 400 page document through Duplex and its printed no problem at all - so this jamming only seems to happen when printing single sided.

Do you have any suggestions?

Just thought I would update this to see if anyone could shed any light on this,

I have checked the service menus for the actual jam location and I have this.

11 jams in location >> SP7504063 exit:stay

According to the service manual I have SP7504063 refers to 7504 063 Main 063 *CTL External Tray: OFF

Does that make sense to anyone, and can any one shed any light on it.

Kind of sounds like the exit sensor feeler isn't working correctly? Or maybe one of the paper path gates has a broken fin.
Also, make sure the size and orientation of the paper is what the machine is set for.

Thanks for that, Its been fine ever since and it must have printed another couple of hundred pages by now! I wonder if it was a dodgy few pages of paper.
