[Error Code] Ricoh MP 9000 SC 300 Error

I have had this problem befor on another machine. This machine is showing obvious arcs. I changed coronas and grid wires etc... Also changed charge block board in rear of machine
Any help would greatly appreciated...

I would replace the whole assy.

It was blowing alot of toner dust so I changed the developer. I started running OK. (I just changed the developer last week but that was 300,000 copies ago)

I'm sorry, I meant the charge assy. If I replace wires and grid and the problem still reoccurs, I do the assy.
