Can any one help me to configure IP-FAX on Ricoh 4430nf.

For IPfax to work, your modem must support T38 like VOIP, it never works on normal G3 PSTN line. Setting up is easy , just refer to their IT person for the Gatekeeper address or the SIP server address.
