Exposure lamp doesnt go off on ricoh 3035

The exposure lamp doesnt turn off, it doesnt moves when we turn the machine on, the machine shows no codes. This is about 3035 ricoh.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a SIB or lamp regulator issue, though usually these give an SC code on failure. I would be checking supply and signal voltages to confirm correct presence and direction of signals.
