Problem on this machine with scan to email.
Can't put any adress in the adress book !
It gives an problem in display saying: Adress book error !
NO HD in it, can it be the dimm module ?

Controller is corrupted. You can try SP 5-846-50 to initialize the address book, but if that doesn't work, and it won't most times, the controller will need replacement. In some areas there was a recovery SD card issued to Ricoh direct offices but here in Canada I was ultimately told to simply replace the controllers as the issue popped up.
