    MP 3350 tray jaming

    MP 3350 both trays jamming.. feed tires and pads are new. Clutch maybe?

    Also check the paper sensors in the behind the paper trays connected to the mainframe of the machine: users can bash those out over time and all kinds of chaos happens.

        I agree 100% with rthonpm. If it's a non-feed type jam, there's a bulletin about it. In place of the mylars recommended, i usually just put a little dab of glue on a couple of 'legs' of the sensor to hold it.

          Another potential solution is to unplug the size sensors and manually set the tray sizes in User Tools. This will prevent the issue from happening, but has a few drawbacks, namely if the user puts another size paper into one of the trays unless the size is changed in User Tools it will never work. I would mainly use this in LTR only environments where the machine was either low volume, or in a dirty environment (construction sites, etc).
