Ricoh 2018 with Scanrouter V2 Lite / XP professional

    Hi,
I have A Ricoh 2018 set up with Scanrouter
    V2 Lite.

It is installed on a Windows XP professional machine which is set to act as the delivery server. I have, from Scanrouter, been able to identify the I/O device, but, the MFP is
NOT picking up the destinations and senders from the delivery server.

Delivery option is selected for File transfer and the MFP picks up the correct IP
Both are set up static IP.

The delivery folder is shared with full permissions.

It sounds like you have some experience setting up Scanrouter, so I'm assuming that you've also properly added the users within the program, Opened TCP port 3670 in windows firewall, etc.
So are you saying that when you press "quick dial" (key #1) for example, it says 'no destination programmed' (or whatever)?
Silly question, (because it has fooled me more than once).... Any chance that the quick dial flap is flipped over and is actually showing destinations 17-32 instead of 1-16?

Doesn't that flap have a little tab on it that trips a (very) microswitch?

Yes, but what i'm saying is that if you're not paying attention ( as I'm known to do), you could be pressing #17 when you think your pressing #1 ...thus "no destination is programmed"

I do not really have much XP with it. Just been reading the forums. I have added the users within the program, but I have yet to check port 3670 in Windows Firewall. I will check that first thing tomorrow though.. And re-post after. Thanks for the idea. 👍👍

Port 3670 is must if windows firewall is running. I think that will do it for you.
Also, if you haven't already done so, the PC should be set with a static IP address, otherwise Scanrouter will lose connection on a regular basis.
Good luck, and let us know

                Thank you Sandmanmac,

The port issue is precisely what the main issue was. Once I opened TCP for that port, the destination list updated without fault.
