    C3500 / c4500 LT duplex jam

Just got in a C3500. I was told it had the boards had been replaced. The SP prints say it's a C4500. (The C4500 boards fit into the C3500?)

Anyhoo, it seems to work fine expect when duplexing LT. LTR works fine. LT however, just stops in the duplexor for some reason. I have attached a pic.

    Any ideas?2013-04-24 11.26.16.jpg

    Thanks

Remove the PTR assembly and check for foreign Object being stuck underneath.

Remove the cover and check oneway pulleys and shafts on drive belt side of duplex unit

LETTER size paper going through the long way works fine through. Wouldn't that jam as well?

ive had this problem with a few machines the oneway pulley can slip
affecting shorter paper mostly as longer paper is still driven
