MP C5000 Touch Panel defaults

Ok I hope this one is fairly simple ....we will see...

Touch panel defaults have been changed.

1) Under the Ready on the touch panel instead of <Black & White> it flashes between <Black & White> and "For sample set press sample button" (Can make it where its just says <Black & White>

2) Generational Copies Button is highlighted. (Can it be removed?)

3) Duplex options does not list 2 Sided to 1 Sided (Can You change the default buttons?)

Reset the panel to factory default with the Program key -> Program as Defaults -> Restore Factory Defaults, change the settings you want, go to Program key -> Program as Defaults again and the Program button.

If it doesn't reset the duplex options, try resetting Copier / Document Server by going to User Tools -> hold # and press the Copier / Document Server button. You can then re-add the option to duplex 2 to 1 in Copier / Document Server.
