Mp 6000 reset every day

Hi, I have a problem with mp 6000 reset every morning, then turned off, and I turn back the restart again, it locks the first sheet and then walk all day, every morning is, I changed the drum, developer, grid, transfer belt, thinking it might be a bad value but no. restarts 2 or 3 times every day and then everything works fine. any suggestions?

can you check the SC logs in the SP mode.

Hi, you say that I set 2 different days and I check if some code has changed? NO I had thought, but I will, but there are codes that are not shown?

Look, Dude. The machine is probably set to auto restart in the event of an SC code. Check the SMC. The codes will be logged. Troubleshoot from there.

Sounds like it could be a pinched wire in a wire harness shorting machine out and causing it to restart. I would check the wire connections around the fuser area especially and maybe the connectors in the back of the duplexer section and the fuser itself both on the machine and on the assemblies.

Hello. the machine showed the sc 220. the strange thing is the machine working one years without such problems. clean the laser sensor thinking it might be dirty, but no. reset the code and each time it appears in the morning, 3 times and then runs all day. any help?

This is definitely set to Auto Reboot,This is how it works it'll only reboot once when SC occurs,if the same SC occurs again it won't reboot.

Been there done that so i can bet on this one.

To get rid of this one replace Polly gone mirror motor or check harness from board to LD unit,and then SP(5875),if 0 change to 1.

hello. for several days I'm working with the same problem and have not found the solution. first was reset daily and after several reboots started, then began to show sc 220 and have read several post and followed several councils, check and change the hard drive, wipe the memories, change the thermistors, the grid, by Finally change the diode laser unit with laser unit started working but after 2 days the problem started again sc 220, and not what else to do, I need to help me, thanks

please check the door swithckh. I t might be loose or there is a contact problem. if the door swith is open the laser automatically cut off.
