SPC 430

Hi Guys

I am struggling with a SPC430 that is making uneven color prints. Or more like thin white bands along the short edge. Mostly with the black, cyan and magenta. The yellow looks fine, but maybe its just hard to see on the yellow. I have replaced the PCUs and transfer belt unit, aswell as the transfer roller. Still no joy.

Any ideas???

Yes i have. Thing is i tried to scan and post the image but it does not show up on the scan. Looks more like dev unit marks but i replaced the pcu

If you haven't tried this already, you might try cleaning the laser unit shield glass. Or maybe the laser shutter isn't working correctly. Also, make sure the polygon mirror is in good shape.
No laser = no image.

Hi

The lines are going along the short side. Not like when there is line on the hot roller or on the charge roller.
