    [Error Code] Aficio sp 3410sf error code sc 542

    AFICIO SP 3410 SHOWS ERROR CODE SC 542, I know that, "online key + escape button" needs to be pressed, but i down know which is the ONLINE KEY and ESCAPE BUTTON, pleas infom me the exact buttons.

    Enter the standard Ricoh code for sp modes, but change last key to start.

      while trying to enter service mode it shows FM in display, no other function how to clear it.
