What would cause an intermittent SC672 error code? It only seems to occur when the copier has been off for a long period of time but doesn't occur when the copier is left on. Thank you for any help given.

perhaps the controller stalled. try to reset the controller connectors..fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

I would suggest the HDD. It may not be spinning up quickly enough after being off for an extended period of time.Comment
