MP 4000 and SR 3030 installation problem

    MP 4000 and SR 3030 installation problem

    Just installed a MP 4000SP with SR 3030 finisher.
    Paper is getting stopped at the entrance of the finisher, just after the bridge unit.
    Is this a firmware compatibility issue? Or there are other issues that I am not aware?

      Yeah... Check out tech bulletin #2.

      "The B804 and B805 Finisher Firmwares have been updated so it is compatible with the D009 series of
      copiers. The B804 or B805 finisher firmware must be updated to version 1.211 or higher. The firmware is
      updated using an SD Card via the mainframe."

          I can vounch for the firmware needing upgrading.

          It will stop just at the entrance sensor if the case
