[Misc] A080 machine always showing a Reset paper in upper and lower tray

Hey Guys can somebody help me im having a problem with our RexRotary A080 machine after changing the cutter unit it is always showing rest paper in upper and lower tray and it is sometimes giving an error of SC 591 SC 592.

Can you manually feed paper past the cutter, as if it is being fed into the machine?

Also, can you move the cutter from side to side (into each of the cutter end switches without too much effort?)

Goose's Guide for SC 591:

Cutter 1, HP error 1 - Left or right HP switches are defective

Cutter 1, HP error 1 - Roll feed board #1 defective Which translates into home position sensor/switch on the cutter assembly - are they all securely plugged in?
