Ricoh 1022 duplex

Hi All
I have Ricoh 1022 with duplex unit i want to use custom size 34cm x 24cm in tray with duplex mode
duplex unit run perfectly with stanford size from the paper size selector only.
the problem:- custom size 34cm x 24cm not run with duplex mode but worked with 1 side perfectly

can any one help me

when you say "Not Run" can you be more specific? is the Copier jamming, or the Display informing you anything regarding specification(s)?
