Sounds like Authentication (User codes) is enabled for printing. check that it is turned "off", and also check that these settings are all "Active" under IPv4 settings in the WIM:

      LPR : Active
      RSH/RCP : Active
      DIPRINT : Active
      FTP : Active
      sftp : Active
      IPP : Active
      IPP Timeout : 900 seconds

Is access control enabled for the NIB? Do an NCS clear and try again. With the USB connection, do you get the Windows double-bong to confirm the PC is seeing it?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Hit it.

It's in the same part of SP modes, 5801-011 I think. If you re-loaded the NVram those settings would have come back with it.

Take everything back an extra step: do you get any lights on the NIC?

If the machine won't print from both USB and LAN, and access control is not active, there's a pretty good chance that the controller is bad. Has there been an energetic storm or construction or something else there recently that disturbed the local power utilities power lines? Or something that interfered with the output from the outlet the machine is plugged into? That could have caused a power surge that damaged the controller. And the power surge could have come through the LAN and USB connections just as well as from the power cord, too.
Hopefully someone else can come up with an easier fix for you and you can consider my suggestion of a bad controller as the last resort course of action.

I have met other machine which demaged the NIB by electrical storm (demaged the all LAN device in this office)
The problem is obvious, the Lan did not see the machine, the controller is changed.

The lan connection is good, in this case.
I shold like to change this controller, but there is no have this type of machine in this regio.

If the LAN and USB connections are good for everything but printing, the problem is the board that the LAN and USB connect to, which is failing to convert the data from your computer into information that can be printed, which is the controller. What else could it be? There would be other problems with the machine if anything else was faulty after all.
As for getting a controller, check with the place you got the machine from, or if that doesn't work, check out the "For sale, trade or wanted" part of Copytechnet to see if someone here has one of them you can get.
