    MPC6502 / 8002 - Insider info?

Anyone got the juice on this latest batch of gear from Ricoh? My colleague thinks he saw an image where the paper feed was up the LEFT side of the machine rather than the right.

      DSc460/CS555 = sucks
      MPC6500/7500 = sucks
      MPC6501/7501 = sucks
MPC6502/7502, failing a total engine re-design then it will probably suck.

You may of guessed... I don't like this model range.

                Most likely a reversed image.

                  It's a total redesign.

The 3260/5560 was good aside from the fuser blowing up but compared to the issues with the 6000/6501 that was nothing.

The books are on esource for the 6502.

Well that's good news, I will reserve my judgment until I've experienced the joy of servicing one.
I've never been a fan of the reverse engine layout where the PCUs are located above the transfer.

The only reversed detail I can see is the waste toner bottle seem to be located on the left side now^^
