FAX report setting of ricoh MFP

Hi All,

this is regard my customer Fax report setting on their Aficio MP3010, all fax report already off except the journal through the P/setting at 03. Now only unsuccessful transmission will have the report but with 1st page image. now customer wanted no image on all reports. we cant find any way (fax setting / SP Mode) to set.

I think it's P switch 4 bit 7 set to 0 to turn off the image.

In the same place where you set the Fax parameters, you can print off the parameter list, there it will tell you which soft switch to change.
