I have a ricoh 3245c that is printing very well but when photocopying it is giving lots of blue on images, for instance the grey bits are blue and the blue bits are very dark blue.. any ideas?
I would start by cleaning the optics. Remove the copy glass and clean all mirrors, lens, copy and scan glass. After that, there should be color calibration adjustments you can run for copy mode.

Thanks did that and reset the calibration to previous settings and it worked
