MP C3000 can't lock address book

I have enable administrator Auth. mgt to lock everything out. Started checking and found address book was still able to make changes even through it is to be lock out. Is there a firmware that correct problem and what section needs to be upgraded.

    Thanks

Are you talking about on the copier itself, or in the WIM?
I'm thinking you mean the WIM, and obviously everything is available there when logged in as admin. You need to change the default login credentials to secure it

When you enabled administrator auth did you then select all the areas to be restricted ? if you don't select what you want restricted then everything will still be open.

I learn something new every day. I found that you can get into address book but when you try to change say cant do it. In older models you had to log in right away when went from system tools screen. I guess an engineer wanted to change things up or felt it was a better way of doing things.
        Thanks for the help
