MPC2050 Fax Forwarding

Hi, I admit I haven't looked in the manual yet myself, this has come to me third hand via the account manager. The customer has an MPC2050 and they have fax forwarding set up, which is working fine, however, all the faxes are also stored on the machine and when the memory becomes full then it reprints all the faxes from the memory. How can I turn off the storage of the faxes, they only want them forwarded. The account manager is putting forward a proposal for a new machine, but they want to ensure that this problem can be resolved first. Thanks in advance, and I promise I'll take a look in the manual too when I have a few spare minutes (not when I'm on my lunchbreak )

sounds like someone changed the reception file setting to store.
change it to print then turn printing off(assuming forwarding is working ok) with parameter setting switch 11 bit 6 set to 0.
user tools > fax features > reception settings > reception file setting > print

If they don't want to store anything on the doc server turn auto delete files in the doc server on and set it to 3 days the default setting its in admin tools I think. the new machines have a separate delete after x days function for the fax that seperates it from stored docs on the document server IIR.

Thanks for all the help, I'll speak to the account manager tomorrow and see if she wants me to pop in and see if I can resolve the problem for her. I knew I could rely on you lot
