aficio 1224c -used toner

Hi all,

we have a Ricoh Aficio 1224C printer.

Today we had the message "used toner bottle -1 is almost full".

Can somebody please help me? -What to do?

Hi,

I had the same few days ago.

Open the front and you will see the two bottles, they are marked with the used toner logo and a (1) and (2)...

Get these out and put the used toner out of them...

Thats all... Maybe you should clean the docks a bit...
