[Misc] Meter Reading Page with Contract details

Dear All,

I would like to add maintenance contract details in to Ricoh MFP, like Click charges, Contract Number, Minimum Billing Amounts,etc..
Is it possible to get all the information printed in meter reading page all the time?
Please suggest..

User tools>system>admin tools>DIsplay/Print counter. This is a list of chargeable clicks.

With SP5-812-002 you can add a string to the bottom of the counter page, it can only be no more than 20 characters and can contain numbers and letters.

Originally it is for facsimile details, so (depending on your language) will say "Fax to:" then your string. Mostly we use it for meter requests, sometimes adding the customers own machine ID.

I am going to add the customer name to the end of the fax number. I input service data into our system from those sheets which come from every machine I service. It will keep things squared away if I forget to write the customer name on
my sheets.

Thanks a lot to all of you, we use to feed our sr.center fax number using SP mode, As i mentioned on my first query, is it possible to get all the details to be printed in the meter reading page.

We can feed click data, supply order details,breakdown call number,etc.. is it possible to get all the details to printed on the meter reading page?
One more- is it possible to remove - please fax to...

No and no, you are limited to 20 characters maximum and it is not possible to remove the fax to message.
