[Misc] MP7500 and MP8000 Crash and Hang

Sorry if this issue has been already posted, but it's impossible to search for it.

I have a customer with a Ricoh MP7500 and a MP8000 (both of them with finishers).
These machines receive from a Windows 2008 Server a Multiple Print Jobs. About 400 jobs in a sequence. Jobs are very small, 140Kb each. (56Mb total so queue should be easily managed)
Sometimes, in a random way, machines hang (nothing is work) we can only turn off, restart, lose few jobs and then job continues.
What can we check? Firmwares are update (yesterday last one) HDD are clean, RAM should be ok... (no other errors).

Where in SMC's we can check any problm?

    Thank for your help.

    Vincenzo.

Hi, sorry I would like to make new post but I don't know how to do it.

My problem with the Ricoh MP7500 is that the Upper Fuser Roller is damage, and the Gear (for Upper Fuser Roller) is broken. I would like to take the Fuser unit out so that I can replace the parts. However, when I try to pull the fuser out, there is something stuck and prevent me from taking it out. Is there any way to remove this unit out? Please see the photo that I have attached. Thanks.

You have to remove the stopper bracket at the rear of the fuser, in your picture it is inline with D4.
