Hi Guys,

does anyone has customer that using a copier by taking their own papers to the machine? Machine trays are always empty and not even recycle papers.

Facing a headache user that always call for service whose job doesn't print out from machine or can't make copying.

when attend to the problem, found out print job was pending there because of no paper..

i had configure a setting that job auto delete after a period of time but it seem not helping because once a user had sent print job and forgot about it, machine will keep prompt for paper and other print job will go to queue list.

anyone has such experience and know how to overcome it? can advise me?

From what I can understand... You may require sub paper size turning on in user tools, printer settings.
Also in printer settings there is a auto continue selection.

This really shouldn't be your problem to deal with. That being said, your best option is to default everyone's driver to hold/lock print. Then when they go to get their prints they'll be forced to put in paper or have it self delete after 3 days.

If it was me, after 2 service calls to load paper in their trays i would tell them next time i come to service and the issue is you havent loaded paper im charging you a service call fee, we fix machines we dont load paper for you. After the boss gets his first service charge fee that user will probably be loading their own paper from then on.
