    MPc 2800 & SR3000 cules the papper

When trying to do booklet the papper curls and jams behind the metalplate when feeded down to stapler.
Running with interlock in door i can see that the papper are curled when its time to feed down to stapler. Normal stapling works ok

Too much moisture in the paper. Maybe try a fresh pack?

I concur it is probably the paper. Try flipping it over in the tray first and check the results. If you still have problems, bring in a ream from your office (different brand) to test. Sometimes it's just a particular lot of paper that may cause problems, the next box they get in could work fine. When paper is manufactured, one of the variables that affects curl is how close to the center of the roll it is cut from. Nearest to the core is going to exhibit more curl than that batch that is cut closer to the outside of the roll.

Agree on the paper curl as your primary issue.

The other thing you can do to help is to drop the fuser temp by 5-10 to help reduce the curl. Just make sure it continues to fuse ok.
