Scan and copy OK.Test print from machine Great, but on print from any file, jpeg,pdf,word,etc, the colos become incorrect with faulty gradations and "pixels invented"...type "ghost"!The machine is assisted by me and at the moment have the 4 PCU and developers OK.The machine make copies with good quality, but on print have problems.I tested various scenarios with resolutions, vector and radial, PCL 6 for windows 8 and others PCL 6 to Windows 7 or Vista...same problem,printed from USB, same problem, memory clear on SP5801-8, nothing, firmware ok without errors.

Looks for me like a problem with the file, not a driver problem. First at all, i would try the RPCS driver, second, to make sure, the maschine and its controller are ok, i would print a test sheet for verification. Go here and look for the download section, there you will find testforms. If they are printed out ok, the problem lies at customers side, not a mashine problem.If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions! -

I try to print from RPCS driver and the result is good. I Try from the same driver printing testforms and the results are very good, but....
when i put the image inside a pdf or word with some text the image becomes with the same defect, and i dont know why!Comment
