Please help! Does anyone know how to reset the password on a Ricoh MPC 3000 from the device or from the web image monitor. I tried admin & supervisor but not working. please help.

did you try it through wim otherwise there is only 1 way, new nvram or de-solder the battery from the nvram but just remember all counters will go to 0 so print an smc and copy meter to re-input values.
