[Misc] Setup User Code for Mac

Customer use Macs with Ricoh MPC5000. They want it to enter user codes before it can be printed from the computer.
I know how to do it on PC.
Does it possible to do on Mac too? please help. Thanks.

Yes it does, there is a spot in the Mac driver for it. I haven't set one up in over a year so I'm sorry I won't be able to help you from memory.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

The option is under User ID within Job Log, when you go to print. I would enter each User ID per login, and save it as a preset, so they can select it from the presets list. I do not believe you can set a default within the CUPS interface, unless I am missing something.
