Savin c2525 Tray 2 Console Promt

I have a c2525 that when jobs are sent to tray 2 the machine seems like it needs "permission" on the console to actually print the job. Is there a way to turn this off?

    Thanks.

When you say permission do you mean it is asking for a form feed? Or, perhaps a print job is being sent as a locked job by default.

Ok, sorry, permission was a bad word to use. It' actually talking about a mismatch.

"Paper type of Tray 2 is mismatched". Select another tray from followings and press Continue. All of the options are 8x11.

The print driver settings don't match the settings on the copier. When the print job is sent the paper type, size and thickness must match between the driver and copier, if it cannot find the correct paper it will throw this form feed error. First check that the paper tray settings are set correctly under user tools (the [123] button) -> system settings -> tray paper settings. Then check that the printer driver is set to the same.

Also, if a print job is being sent from a Word document make sure that page setup is set to the correct paper type, size and orientation. Sometimes this can cause problems.

This typically happens with PDF's. If the document in the preview pane isn't exactly 8.5" x 11" (which is often the case), the machine will require user intervention, by default. To resolve it, do this on the copier:

User tools /Printer features / System/ Sub paper Size /(Set to Auto)
          User tools (to exit)

Could also be a paper type mismatch. Is the drawer set as something other than plain in user tools, such as special or color?
