Ricoh 2510 touch screen not working

Anyone have the part number for the touch screen on this model and where I can get one? I can't change anything on the screnn so I assume it's
the screen since it happens on the Canons and after searching it seems to be common.

Have you calibrated the touch screen.
Press clear then 1993 then press the stop button 5 times. touch screen calibration, and follow the instructions.

Yeah, I agree with HP:guy. Try a calibration first, I've never had a touch screen go down on this model (but it isn't unheard of).

Thanks, I will try that but does anybody have the part number in case that doesn't work.

part number for the touch panel is B2135222. and I have had to replace one. I carried one for the MPC machines in my car stock. calibrating may get it by for a while but it probably will act up again.

very common on this and the 3025 series, have replaced many including 1 yesterday.

Maybe, but for that you need P/N H3106173. If that still works you might want to turn in a meter print out, as I think the machine's serial number was important for that.
