User tools / system settings / administrator tools / key counter management / set all to OFF.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

      Exactly!

This machine had an external mechanical counter installed at one time, and was removed.

UN-selecting the option turns off the key counter control for that option. This could also be set in SP5 113 you should go there and UN-select anything there.

If you can't use the service modes then go back to user tools / system settings / administrator tools / key counter management / external charge unit management and unselect all of those options. It should have the same effect as turning off SP5-113.

External charge unit management may be under Key op tools.
