how to disable scanner report (scan to folder ) ?

once I scan the document to folder,it will automatically print the report out,how do I disable the report ?

thanks for your reply, but this is not a report, this is history , I want to turn off the print out report from wasting my paper. any idea ?

I've never seen a report print for a scan to folder job. What does this report show, or better yet post a sample.

Are you sure that is a Ricoh machine? Which model?

nop, not sure..
my opinion is that ricoh copiers dont print scan reports, only journal (history)

This post is pretty pointless without a model number for copier.
Usually the auto report printing on most Ricohs are fax soft switch generated.
Not sure but could he be using scan router v2light? There might be a setting for a report on that software.


He needs to provide more info.
