We discoverd something strange (or at least to us). The LCT is filled with writing paper (our company logo).
When we print a letter, the letter comes out face down (LCT is filled face up btw). No problems here.
But we found out that when you copy something and select LCT the copies comeout face up.
That made us wonder, so we opened the machine, covererd the sensors and watched what route the paper follows. And we found out that when creating a copy the paper flow is much shorter than it is with a regular print (it for some reason has to be flipped over).
Does anybody know why a regular black/white print does not follow the same flow as a copy does? And how can we force the regular print to come out face up (thus following the short route).
