I had this issue after reseating the controller. In my case i got a sc 672 so i checked the norm and reseated the control and ended up with this code and a 101 error. What ended up solving it for me was i found the SIU to IPU connector had a gap if i nudged it with my finger i could trigger the codes, i ended adjusting the bracket and added some some washers behind the SIU board and bracket so that it connected better with the IPU, this was about a month or so ago and haven't had the issue since.
