any help we will be apreciated, i have a client whit this models and has this jam in 018 the paper goes and stop before the fuser
i tested the sensnor whit sp 5 803 and it works
What does the code relate to? (Opposite side of logging data). If it stops after fuser, remove the paper exit and clean the photointerrupt sensors, also whilst you have it out give it a general clean and oil the bushings. If it stops before fuser check fuser entrance and exit sensors.

A couple things off the top of my head, one is the paper angled at all typically front side of machine is lower then the rear side i have had a few of these break the registration bushing on the front side so on the rear side is squeezed enough to pull paper through up to the fuser while the front slips, easy way to check is to just take a sheet of paper and try to push it into the registration from the top if it slides though on one side then the bushing is broke.
It could be the sensor under the fuser is bad, you could have have paper misfeeding from the tray either worn tires or misplaced guides. Also check the leading edge of the paper when it jams is it smashed or bunched up in any spot indicating it caught on something.
How far is paper when it jams has it actually hit the entrance plate on the fuser at the rollers or is it below the fuser far enough that you can elimate the fuser as an issue. If the fuser rollers are bound or something so it doesnt grab paper as it feeds up but instead the paper is mashed into the entrance then it could be the fuser, make sure the fuser turns in output and that the pressure roller is closing against the hot roller etc.
Best to elimate the simple stuff first thats my philosophy.
