Hi just moved a Ricoh 3245c 100 miles away to another office, arrived ok and plugged in to test on arrival and all was fine, then it was moved to its place of work and came up with error 819... Seems a bit of a coincidence after being moved could something have been dislodged...

Sounds like something likely did get jarred loose. Try removing the controller and re-seating the connections of the HDD, Dimms, etc.Comment

you better removed the controller board and then re insert the RAM i think for 3245c has three of them, then try to start the machine.....with all it shams, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.....Comment
