Double printing on a savin c-3528

then i print the confg. page or any other page i get a double prints on the right side about two inch's in.

changed the following parts.
1. belt cleaning blade and roller (new)
changed out the following from a good running machine in my shop!
2. changed out the fuser
3. changed out the Transfer Belt Unit
4. changed out the black drum unit.

none of the things i did made a difference.
any help you can give me would be great

it looks like it may be the black laser or the image process unit, have you tried force line adj.? try also reseating the memory dimms.
