SC202,dark display,ordered & fitted new LSU motor & BICI-still got SC202,going back next week with another bici.nvram & ipu,any more ideas???

Did you fit a new polygon motor and BICU at the same time? Or one after another?

Just to get it straight u don't have backlight on screen and u can barely see what's writen on it?
Does the machine warm up as it shuld or just few coolers start?
I had something simmilar on MP7001 that had defective power board,so it culdn't start all systems.
My bet is that you get sc202 (like we did-we barely saw it) because laser assembly isn't powered on,same as fuser,and so on...machine started some systems and notify as it can what's wrong one by one.
Try another power board.

with 'dark screen' - we have had luck seeing the SC thru WIM (web console) - usually an SC202. Replaced polygon mirror motor & bicu board as a set fixed a couple of ours!

Thats what I did,fitted motor & bici together,always worked for me on other machines,mind u the bici board i was sent had various stickers on it(been returned to stock) so not sure if it was good or not
