You need a frimware update. Have a look around here, there's at least 87 threads about this!

Hi there, Im new here. I have same problem with win 7, cant scan to folder but mine is AF 2027, 3025.

What should I do, thanks u

The same - except no firmware for 2027 (as far as I know)

Or...configure scan to FTP, or Email
