Tried to adj the screen but when you go into the touch screen calibration mode i can't activate the Touch Screen Adj. box. Thats how far off the touch screen is. Is there another way of adjusting the screen. Thanks

I really doubt that the touch screen is off by that much, more likely that the membrane has degraded and will need to be replaced. In the meantime all I would suggest is to press all around the screen to try and activate the calibration button.

These screens had a problem, and Ricoh was offering free replacements to dealers - but that's long gone now I'm sure.
HINT....When calibration is off by that much, you can simply press the "1" button to access the adjustment screen - you don't have to actually touch "1" on the screen. But I doubt the calibration will hold up anyway, if it works at all, so you'll probably need to replace the touch screen
