      SC682 is a toner density sensor error. Not sure what the "-14" part means.
      Still, the toner density sensor is in the developer unit, I'd guess you should probably start there. Maybe check to make sure the connector on the back of the unit is positioned correctly, and the wiring harness between the developer unit and the part that plugs into the back of the machine is routed correctly and none of the wires are pinched in the covers. This might be stupid, but double check that the wiring harness is plugged in properly in the back of the developer, too.
