If you go to Publication and search for the exact words or phrase D146 it will appear on the list.

The Feild service manuals for the 03 'Metis' products can be downloaded from http://www.my-ricoh.com . Although they are not particularly easy to find. (You'll need to be registered and login.)
Click on the Publications button. Don't specify anything in the search field but use the refine drop down menus on the left hand side of the page.
Choose Multifunction Printers from the All Product categories and the scroll roughly 3/4 of the way down the All Products list. Most techs miss them as they are not listed with the Aficio range of MFDs.

When you can't find these things you might try completing the online training course. You would be surprised the information they put in those.

Bantams thanks for the code. Like you said, it's not in the SM. SM just says ask your supervisor. I am setting up a MPC 6003 this morning and need to get into SP mode.

For HDSB, C/A stands for Clear All which is now the yellow Reset key.
