    [Error Code] MP C2050 / SC682

    Hello,

    On a MP C2050 I have several times a day "functional error, please wait". when machine reboot, on the SP7403-001, SP7403-002, SP7403-003 ... I've always the code SC682-134

    134 isn't documented on manual.

    The machine count only 27k Color & 21K black.

    Can you help me

    Have you tried turning the machine completely off, maybe even unplugging it for a while to see if that helps?

        Can you get an SMC out of it, if not, start it up with the door open and have a look in the SC log in the logging data to see if there are any related errors happening at the same time. Have you replaced any parts prior to this error occuring? If so, did you move the harness across to the new unit?

            Can we go a bit further on this?
            For starters SC682 means chips broken/damaged on the PCDU side (the one under development unit).
            But why does it give 134 as sub-code?
            In the manual I've found this:
            001 Black
            002 Cyan
            003 Yellow
            004 Magenta

            So it is telling us that Black/Yellow/Magenta chip is broken. But as we see only yellow was gone. Any explanation? Cause I can't find any.

              This is what I found tier2 :

              4 = yellow, not magenta
