[Jamming] REX ROTARY1356Ex same RICOH AFICIO 2090

I have problem with REX ROTARY 1356Ex (looked like Ricoh 2090), during multi copy, it stops and the paper jammed inside the fusing unit always(does not hit the fixing claws). somebody told me that the problem might be the front door switch. I checked the door switch and its working. Do you guys have knowledge about these machine problem. Thanks in advance...

When you get the fuser jams, is the jammed paper flat and normal looking or all crunched up?
If it is all crunched up the coating on the hot roller is probably worn out and you might consider replacing it.
If the jammed paper is nearly as flat as when you removed it from the ream wrapper, you should probably check out the paper size sensors or the fusing unit drive.

Sometimes the belt that drives the gears at the back of the fuser falls of on these machines
Its an easy fix...yust slip it back on if thats the case

I also ance had a problem with bad fuser conector
      Door switch also

Or might be a problem with paper tray(does it happen with all trays?)

I've had a problem where the sensor after the hiot rollers has become unclipped from its housing and floats around calling up paper jams in fuser.

Thank you guys for sharing your ideas. I figured out the problem, and it is the sensor near the registration roller. I feel relieve because I fixed one more machine with the same problem.
