    [Error Code] ricoh mp2851 sc401

    machine giving code sc401 when i copy. i have replaced hight voltage power pack, transfer roller unit, and new pcu as well. still doesn't fix it . can someone give a idea?

      Contact springs on the side door and PCU cavity for transfer roller intact?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
