Please can someone help me how to solve this issue, i scan using scan to mail for my client
i was surprised it mention on display
' sending failed due to insufficient HD mem. at destination. check scanned files status'

Sounds to me like the job was too large for the machine at the receiving end. Check the hard drive on the computer that the scan was going to and make sure there's enough space for the document.

Was this a large document? Can you send fewer pages to this email address? More info..
