Getting a SC672; if copier is turned off with the top switch copier is ok; however if turned off by main switch and left off for a minimum of 15 minutes the SC 672 comes back and the fight to get it back up starts again. Before the copier codes out pressing any button brings no result and if front door is opened it is not recognized by copier... is this HDD or control PCB or combination???

Unplug the HDD and boot it up and see if the error returns, otherwise probably memory Dimms or controller.

SC672-Controller-to-operation panel communication error at startup.
Check te wiring,conecting slots,can u try out diferent (checked out) pannel on that machine.
I had it once and I vacumed panel and dust beneath it,unpluged pannel and pluged it back on,worked like a charm.
