[Jamming] Ricoh Aficio 3245C

Help please! I have a Ricoh Aficio 3245C that has problems with registration and jamming when copying or printing in black and white. If I copy or print the same docuements in full color mode registration is perfect and no jams. I have replaced the registration sensor and clutch so far. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This unit has two trays and it happens out of both regardless of paper size. Thanks

Could you please try paper from a fresh ream. I know it doesn't make sense for that problem but I have a machine with the same problem.

Or run a few blanks and put them back in the tray and try again.
